Abstract
En la presente investigación se aborda la problemática de la ansiedad que se puede producir en gimnastas en periodo de confinamiento y cómo el deporte de Gimnasia Artística Femenina realizado de manera online puede incidir en su disminución. Esta investigación se focalizó en el Club de Gimnasia y Acrobacia Claudia Perelman, con niñas entre ocho y quince años de edad. Las gimnastas fueron evaluadas mediante un cuestionario denominado CMASR-2 con el fin de determinar los niveles de ansiedad pre y post ocho semanas de entrenamiento. Los resultados arrojaron una disminución en las variables en el post test, destacando la ansiedad total donde se pudo observar una diferencia estadísticamente significativa (<0.005). En conclusión se determinó que la gimnasia artística online podría incidir en la disminución en los niveles de ansiedad en gimnastas sometidas a un entrenamiento de ocho semanas.
Abstract This research addresses the problem of anxiety that can occur in gymnasts in confinement period and how the sport of Women's Artistic Gymnastics performed online can have an impact on its reduction. This research focused on the Claudia Perelman Gymnastics and Acrobatics Club, with girls between eight and fifteen years of age. The gymnasts were evaluated by means of a questionnaire called CMASR-2 in order to determine the levels of anxiety before and after eight weeks of training. The results showed a decrease in the variables in the post test, highlighting the total anxiety where a statistically significant difference could be observed (<0.005). In conclusion, it was determined that online artistic gymnastics could have an impact on the decrease in anxiety levels in gymnasts subjected to an eight-week training.
